Meet the ActionIQ CX Hub

Our customers have inspired an exciting new chapter at ActionIQ, but our transformation is more than just a new look and logo. We’ve reimagined how we approach our product to reflect the desire for flexibility, accessibility and security and CDPs are only one piece of that puzzle. Meet the new AIQ CX Hub — the next chapter for us and our approach to building a more modular CX stack.

To most, AIQ is a solution that sits at the center of customer data and channels, but when you look under the hood it's much more complex. Customers use the AIQ platform for a range of use cases (see right) and across 30+ interviews, customers communicated a common set of needs –  agility, efficiency, choice and control.
